Univenture 2020
EXCEPTIONAL HANDS-ON LEARNING OPPORTUNITY
Univenture is the project of the University of Pavia, UNIPV Innovation and MIBE, aimed at stimulating entrepreneurship and innovation through the encounter between different and complementary skills, as well as between the university environment and entrepreneurs, both local and non (Startups & SMEs). Univenture consists in an “Innovation Deck competition” where innovators collaborate very closely with students from the UNIPV's MIBE course to draft an Innovation Deck, which should include:
defining strategic positioning;
market analysis and target fine-tuning;
test and development of the Business model;
analysis of the product/service pricing;
preliminary analysis of economic and financial sustainability of the project and profitability levels;
MVP and real feedbacks from the market.
We had the pleasure of working together with a UNIPV's spin-off, the CRO (Contract Research Organisation) OPEn, a startup specialised in customised protein engineering.

Entrepreneurship Goes International
GREAT EXECUTION
Group project realised as part of the International Entrepreneurship and Entrepreneurial Marketing course, in collaboration with CharityStars, an innovative tech-startup whose aim is to connect customers, businesses and nonprofit organisations by offering a wide range of services (Auctions, Buy-Now, Sweepstakes, and Galas).
Development of full, start-to-finish internationalisation process:
International market analysis and selection;
Entry modes;
Marketing plan/strategies.

ATA Consulting - Sentiment Analysis Solution
EXCEPTIONAL ACHIEVEMENT
Group Project for the IT Consultancy and Soft Skills course.
My team and I had to come up with a solution to identify new sources of data and new approaches, with the aim of obtaining effective indicators of customer relationships and brand awareness. We had to identify also a "client" to which we would have to present our solution, and after careful considerations we selected the French multinational retail corporation Carrefour.
